2. Pricing

  • Standard Pricing: Our services are offered at different price points based on the complexity, customization, and type of invitation. Prices for each service are clearly stated on our website and are subject to change.
  • Custom Orders: For custom requests not listed on our website, pricing will be determined on a case-by-case basis. A quote will be provided after a consultation with our team.

3. Order Process

5. Intellectual Property

  • Ownership: All designs created by SkyStudio remain the intellectual property of SkyStudio until full payment is received. Upon payment, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the design for personal purposes only.
  • Usage Rights: You may not resell, redistribute, or claim any of SkyStudio’s designs as your own. SkyStudio reserves the right to use any designs created for marketing or promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed upon.

6. Client Responsibilities

  • Accurate Information: You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information for your invitations. SkyStudio is not liable for errors resulting from incorrect information provided by the client.
  • Timely Communication: Timely feedback and communication are crucial for meeting deadlines. SkyStudio is not responsible for delays caused by late responses from the client.

7. Limitations of Liability

SkyStudio will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the service in question.

8. Changes to Terms

SkyStudio reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the website. Continued use of the website following any changes indicates acceptance of the new Terms.
